She transitioned to the proactive side of human capital management and has spent most of her career as a Strategic HR and Organizational Development Consultant and Senior Executive. With over 25 years of experience, Eileen has particular expertise in the higher education, nonprofit, and healthcare arenas. Eileen guides senior leaders, high-potential teams, and entire organizations through complex organizational dynamics — from culture change and strategic planning to leadership development and high-impact executive coaching.
